In the Final Phase, the player in turn can perform additional actions, like activating Effects, playing Spells, or summoning units).
Either Moving or Battling is not allowed in this phase.
Once the player in turn decides to end the turn, all the wounded units (units whose health has been reduced in this turn) will Heal to their original health stats, and this includes all additional health bonus the units could have.
Then BOTH players add 1 Depleted Energy (both players take one Energy Card from their Energy Deck and place it face down in the Depleted Pool, when you take yours, remind your opponent to do so too).
(This means that each turn you will have 2 more Energy available than your previous turn, up to the cap of 20).
Then the next player takes his turn.
